December 31, 2010 - Weddings

our favorite shots of '10 - reception!

This is going by FAST. I swear it was just early November and we were wrapping the last shoots of the year to get ready for a break...and now it's freaking December 31st. So, because we decided to do all these end-of-the-year posts, we have to hurry the hell up because not only do we have three more to post after this one (portraits, engagement stuff and family portraits), but we started shooting again yesterday and I don't like our kick-ass clients having to wait more than a couple days to see their photos if I can at all help it.

Right now, Teresa and Dave are waiting patiently after yesterday's shoot and we have the amazing Gretchen and Mark to shoot on Monday (if it snows, dammit we want snow) and then Colleen and Andrew and Melissa and Jordan and then I go to a class for two weeks and then holy crap our first wedding in February and then holy crap BABY in March and holy crap applying for grad school, etc, etc. So, I can tell already that 2011 is going to kick just as much ass as 2010, but I also know that I'll be sitting here doing this again this time next year and it'll feel like no time has passed at all.

Here we go again...

Okay, a little back-to-back blogging. These are some ceremony shots that really stuck with us over the course of the wedding season. The ceremony stuff - the real deal of the wedding day. This is the stuff that keeps us going. Thanks, everybody - it was a kick-ass year. :)
